You can choose from the following payment options during checkout:

Typically, orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. For more details, please check our Shipping Policy.
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after purchase. Shipping times can vary based on product availability. Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends or public holidays. Visit our Shipping Policy for additional details.
Once your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and info@adtrea.nl to your safe sender list. You can also track your order through our "Track Your Order" page.
If your order has not yet been processed it is possible to change the shipping address. Please note that this is no longer possible after processing, it is also your own responsibility if the package does not arrive if the address is entered incorrectly.
Though rare, if your package doesn’t arrive, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. ByJiméa is not responsible for return shipping costs or lost packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost or misdelivered parcels.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process beyond 24 hours after ordering
Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. Contact customer service as soon as possible to see if adjustments can be made before dispatch.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package has been processed. You can track your order by entering your tracking number, order number, email, or phone number on our "Track Your Order" page.
